Gluten Free Raw Chocolate Brownies

Looking for an easy, delicious, healthy snack? These gluten free, raw chocolate Brownies are ideal! 




The recipe is simple. The brownies only take 5 minutes to prepare before chilling in the fridge.  The result is a healthy,  gooey, chocolate treat! Yum!

Ingredients
250g stoned dates
70g pecans (or you can use walnuts)
1 1/2 tablespoons Cacao Powder
1 tablespoon of either runny honey, maple or golden syrup.




 Method
1. Put the pecans into the food processor and pulse a few times until they are chopped into little pieces. 

2. Add the dates and blitz again so they are combined with the nuts

3. Add the Cacao Powder and golden syrup. Pulse to mix everything together.

4. Spoon the mixture into a small brownie tin and pack down with spoon. 

5. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours..if you can wait that long.

6. Store them (if you can!) in the fridge.
